Victoria Cruises is the largest five-star fleet on the Yangtze River. Victoria Cruises has been the leader in Yangtze cruising for over thirteen years because of the quality of their fleet, outstanding service and innovative itineraries. Victoria Cruises holds the distinction of holding the coveted five-star rating from the China National Tourism Administration.

Victoria Cruises boasts a contemporary fleet of vessels in Premier and Classic categories. This cruise line uses international multi-lingual cruise directors. All ships are fully air-conditioned and offer sumptuous western and Chinese breakfast and luncheon buffets, Chinese dinner banquets and afternoon teas. Meals are served in a single-seating Dynasty Dining Room. Elegant dinners are served family-style.

(If you have special dietary requirements, please advise us of your needs when you book.)

All cruises sail through the ship locks adjacent to China's new engineering marvel, the Three Gorges Dam, where a sightseeing tour is included. And knowledgeable guides give narratives about the rivers's scenery, history, culture and dynamic future while sailing this legendary and magnificent river.

Electricity: 220 volts; wattage may not be compatible with your hair dryer. Please do NOT use personal equipment in your cabins. Video cameras, digital cameras and other electrical appliances can be recharged at the front desk.

Health Clinic: Each Victoria vessel has a doctor and health clinic on board. Customary charges are in effect for medical care.

Smoking Policy: All ships completely air-conditioned, including all cabins. Each vessel is smoke-free, except for a small, designated smoking area in the Yangtze Club (on each ship) as well as on the outside decks and main lobby.

What to Wear: Casual attire recommended on board and ashore. For captain's cocktail party and farewell banquet, Victoria Cruises suggests jacket and tie for gentlemen, and dress or dress pants for ladies. Bring a sun hat and comfortable walking shoes. Sun screen is recommended.

The Fleet: Currently seven ships are in service. The oldest, Victoria Rose (entered service in 1992; rebuilt 2001) represents the earlier, "classic" series. The remaining are "premier" ships including the Victoria Star (1994), Prince (1994), Queen (1995), and Empress (1996), all refurbished 2002–2004. The newest ships consist of the Victoria Katarina (2004) and Anna (2006). Capacities range from 130 (Rose) to 308 (Anna).

About Victoria Cruises: Victoria Cruises is an American-managed company and the only U.S. line owned and operated by those that cater to Western passengers. Victoria Cruise Line is a member of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), an allied member of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), and the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA). Ships are served by crews of 110-128 people and multi-lingual Western cruise directors with local river guides. All ships are four-passenger-deck vessels of China registry.
